DiPaolo Machine Tools Expands Sales Team
Mississauga, ON - DiPaolo Machine Tools has recently expanded their sales team, adding four new members to better serve their Canadian customers.
Jason Gee - East GTA and Eastern Ontario
Jason started his career working in a machine shop (operator, programmer, lead hand) for 13 years, then jumped into cutting tool sales where he has 4 years of experience. He sold machine tools for a manufacturer (Mazak) for 3 -1/2 years.
Jason is excited to join this awesome team that is being built. He looks forward to helping DiPaolo continue to grow and evolve into the future. As well, he would like to help as many customers as possible in their next steps forward building and growing.
Brad Durocher - London to Windsor Ontario
Brad is a machinist by trade and has been in the trade selling for the past 23 years.
He is very excited to expand DiPaolo to the Windsor area and offer some great lines to help customers increase productivity.
Paul Rochon - Quebec and the Maritimes
Over 30 years of relevant industry experience that started on the shop floor cutting aerospace parts (7 years), transitioned to cutting tools sales and applications (20 years), and machine tool sales (5 years).
Having previously sold machinery for an OEM, Paul was always limited to offering what they made. At DiPaolo our approach is to solve customers' problems be it with a service call, used machine, rebuilt machine, or a new machine. We have the ability to think outside the box and offer the best solutions to solve the customer’s pain.
Working at DiPaolo is different because the conversation shifts from this is what he can offer you to how can he help you. It’s a family atmosphere but with the size and scale to offer world class solutions to his customers.
Jim Baccari - Western Canada
Based out of Edmonton AB, JIm has been in Machine Tool Sales for 15 years covering Western Canada and the prior 13 years providing lease financing solutions to Machine and Fabrication Shops in AB.
His approach to business is “Consultative Solution Based” ensuring customer needs are met opposed to just wanting to sell what he has available.
Having worked alongside DiPaolo for years, it was time to join the team in the Spring of 2022.
The diverse product lineup for Milling, Turning, Grinding, and Remanufacturing - Retrofitting Services coupled with the high level of skill within the DiPaolo Team and Dipaolo’s approach to business made a natural fit.
